Terras Gauda 'O Rosal' is the estate's flagship white from the O Rosal sub-zone of Rías Baixas, Galicia — a blend led by Albariño (~70%) with Caíño Blanco and Loureiro adding roundness and aromatic complexity. Grown on iron-rich 'strip-slate' schist, it is bright, dry and notably saline, with citrus, orchard fruit (pear, melon) and a stony mineral streak.
