Bottled in May, the 2015 Saint Joseph Le Passage was completely destemmed and brought up in barrel (10-20% new oak). Offering notes of blackberries, ground herbs, pepper and some minerality, and almost a hint of chocolate, it is rich, medium to full-bodied and concentrated. . Jeb Dunnuck Inky ruby. A highly aromatic bouquet displays spice-accented dark fruit scents, along with hints of olive and candied licorice.
