A Chateau on the up and one of our favourites, Ch. Canon is more than gaining in reputation, now providing consistency at a high level and seeing significantly increased demand. Owned by Chanel since 1996, alongside Chateau Rauzan-Ségla in Margaux, Canon has 18 hectares of vineyards split between the limestone plateau and the clay/loam côtes. 2012 was notably understated for the Right Bank, providing fantastic wines, the best showing great freshness, structure and lift, along with extremely fine fruit.
